2. Bookings

• Bookings can be made online / by phone / on-site
• A booking is confirmed upon CONFIRMATION]
• The customer must provide accurate information

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are stated in Euro
• Payment methods: bank transfer, online card payment or by cash or card 
• The company reserves the right to modify prices

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation:

Up to 6 hours before the appointment.

Late cancellation fee:

50% of the price applies after the deadline.

No-show:

No refunds will be issued.

5. Rescheduling

Changes are possible subject to availability and prior notice of [X hours/days].

6. Liability

• The company is not liable for force majeure events
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings with refund if applicable
