These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between:

hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” or “Provider”,
and any person using the website, hereinafter referred to as the “User”.
By using the website, the User confirms they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
II. SUBJECT OF THE SERVICE
Through the website, the Organizer offers:
creative events; art workshops; art therapy sessions; events for adults; events for children; family events; corporate events; gift vouchers; other services published on the website.
III. RESERVATIONS
A reservation can be made via:
online form; email; phone; social media; other communication channels listed on the website.
The Organizer reserves the right to require advance payment to confirm a reservation.
A spot is considered guaranteed only after confirmation from the Organizer and/or receipt of the required payment.
IV. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices are listed in Bulgarian leva.
The Organizer reserves the right to update prices at any time.
Payment can be made via:
bank transfer; online payment; card; cash; other methods listed on the website.
The User is required to provide accurate information when making payments and reservations.
V. GIFT VOUCHERS
Vouchers can be used to participate in events organized by Sunny Room.
Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
After expiration, a voucher can no longer be used.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for their cash value.
VI. CHANGES AND CANCELLATION OF EVENTS
The Organizer reserves the right to change:
date; time; location; host; event content,
when this is necessary for organizational or exceptional reasons.
If an event is cancelled by the Organizer, participants may choose:
to attend another event; a voucher of equal value; a refund of the amount paid.
VII. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
Participants are required to behave respectfully towards other guests and organizers.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove a participant who:
disturbs public order; behaves aggressively; creates a danger to other participants; intentionally damages property.
In these cases, no refund will be due.
VIII. PHOTOS AND VIDEO
Photos and video recordings may be taken during events for marketing and communication purposes.
Users may notify the Organizer in advance, in writing, if they do not wish to be recorded.
IX. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All texts, images, graphics, logos, and content on the website are the property of the Organizer or are used with the appropriate rights.
Use of this content without prior written consent is prohibited.
X. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Organizer is not liable for:
temporary unavailability of the website; technical issues beyond its control; force majeure circumstances; actions of third parties.
XI. PERSONAL DATA
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy.
XII. APPLICABLE LAW
For all matters not covered herein, the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
Disputes between the parties shall be resolved through negotiation, or, if not possible, by the competent Bulgarian court.
